Beth Price is the Chief People & Culture Officer at First Advantage, where she leads the team responsible for aligning workplace culture with the company’s mission, vision, and FA 5.0 strategy. Under her leadership, the People & Culture team is focused on enabling employee success and fostering an environment that promotes engagement, inclusion, and well-being.
Beth joined First Advantage in a legal capacity, initially serving as Senior Associate Counsel. Over time, she advanced through several leadership roles within the Legal department, ultimately becoming Senior Vice President, Employment Counsel. Her deep expertise in employment law and human resources has uniquely positioned her to lead the People & Culture function with strategic insight and operational excellence.
Since being named Chief People & Culture Officer in November 2024, Beth has helped lead the successful integration of Sterling’s workforce into the broader First Advantage organization, focusing on aligning people strategies, processes, and culture.
Before joining First Advantage, Beth held roles at Microsoft and FCCI. She holds multiple certifications from the HR Certification Institute (HRCI). Beth earned her bachelor’s degree from the University of Florida and her Juris Doctor from Stetson University College of Law.
