If you are a DOT-covered employer, it is important to regularly check this list to ensure that your testing laboratory is on the list. Of course, First Advantage regularly monitors this list to ensure that the laboratories our clients use are on the list. That being said, it is a good idea for an employer to file these lists in its Drug and Alcohol Testing Program Records from time to time for audit readiness purposes.
